India finished with six medals at the Paris -Paris Olympic Games. These six medals include five brooms and one silver medal. India’s javelin champion Neera Chopra bagged silver medal at the Olympics, winning the medal for India second time in a row.
Manubhakar became the star for India in the first half of the Olympics, winning two bronze medals in the same Olympics. She qualified for finals in all the three events that she was participating in for the Olympics.
Sarabjot Singh also won a bronze medal in shooting partnering with Manu Bhagar in the 10 -metre pistol event. Another win for India came when hockey team won bronze medal at the Olympics.
