3. Paleo diet:

It is designed to resemble what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of years ago. The paleo diet plan includes unprocessed meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts etc. Processed foods and added sugars are completely avoided.

4. Detox diet:

These diets claim to cleanse your blood and eliminate harmful toxins from your body. However, some claim that our body is capable of cleansing itself without detox diets. A typical detox diet involves a period of fasting, followed by a strict diet of fruit, vegetables, fruit juices, and water.

5. Alkaline diet:

The alkaline diet is based on the idea that consuming or avoiding certain foods can change the body’s pH levels. It claims that replacing acid-forming foods with alkaline foods can improve health. Foods that are considered alkaline include fruits, nuts, legumes, vegetables.

6. Low-fat diet:

This diet restricts daily fat intake. It is designed to be moderate to high in carbohydrates and protein, but low in fat. It includes more of vegetables, legumes and fruits and restricts the intake of butter, oils etc.
